TRANSGRESIÓN

La sociedad en su conjunto es eminentemente conservadora, el ser humano es resistente al cambio por naturaleza, sin embargo, la evolución se produce paradójicamente como consecuencia de los cambios, de las transgresiones que la sociedad rechaza inicialmente y que cuando se consolidan, se vuelven inamovibles, y es a partir de ese momento en que hay que volver a disrumpir para seguir evolucionando.

Este libro es un análisis profundo de las transgresiones mas importantes de la historia y que han representado como consecuencia cambios sociales importantísimos en el marco de las libertades, de la democracia, de la evolución técnica y tecnológica y que, además, aunque parezca contradictorio, estas transgresiones encuentran un marco de amparo en el departamento de bioética de la UNESCO que las impulsa vehementemente.

Miguel Huguet, el autor, es un empresario e inversor, promotor de varias empresas en el sector cultural y digital de Estados Unidos, España y Andorra con un enfoque histórico que le permite nutrirse de los mas prestigiosos historiadores para alimentar de información relevante a sus empresas y, al mismo tiempo este libro. Como profesor en el Master de Psicocreatividad en la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona el enfoque psicológico de algunos capítulos del libro como el de la Moral o la Etica, o el capítulo de la Monogamia o la Poligamia, no dejan indiferente al lector por la transparencia y la objetividad de su enfoque.

El libro abunda de anécdotas muchas de ellas desconocidas para la mayoría de los lectores como la de San Agustín que en sus “Confesiones” repetía “Oh Señor, vuélveme casto, pero todavía no”, o de refranes que reflejan el arraigo popular contrario a los cambios sociales.

La sociedad necesita de la innovación para evolucionar y las administraciones de los países las aúpan, pero en muchos países es mentira, hay países en los que si alguien se ha atrevido a emprender y ha fracasado y no ha podido devolver su primer crédito, está muerto y no recibirá jamás más ayuda, aunque esto sea lo que la sociedad necesita. El autor describe con desgarro como esto acontece y como, al mismo tiempo, estamos yendo a un mundo tecnológico en el que sin emprendimiento y sin tecnología no va a haber espacio, el autor describe como algunas “castas” se oponen a este mundo tecnológico que está llegando y como estas tecnologías suponen unas mejoras sociales obvias, pero también implican unos retos éticos de relevancia considerable.  

A través de 18 capítulos, Huguet realiza un viaje por el mundo de la transgresión, con el objetivo final de despertar en el lector al joven rebelde que está dormido en cada uno de nosotros, animándolo a actuar, a rebelarse contra la mediocridad o la rutina establecida socialmente que inhibe la creatividad y que es el principal enemigo del cambio, de los avances sociales y del progreso*.

TRANSGRESSION

Society as a whole is eminently conservative, the human being is resistant to change by nature, however, evolution occurs paradoxically as a result of changes, of transgressions that society initially rejects and that when they are consolidated, they become immovable, and it is from that moment that we must break back to continue evolving.

This book is an in-depth analysis of the most important transgressions in history and that have represented as a consequence very important social changes in the framework of freedoms, democracy, technical and technological evolution and that, in addition, although it seems contradictory, these transgressions find a framework of protection in the department of bioethics of UNESCO that vehemently promotes them.

Miguel Huguet, the author, is an entrepreneur and investor, promoter of several companies in the cultural and digital sector of the United States, Spain and Andorra with a historical approach that allows him to get in touch with the most prestigious historians to feed relevant information to his companies and, at the same time, this book. As a professor in the Master of Psychocreativity at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the psychological approach of some chapters of the book such as Morality or Ethics, or the chapter of Monogamy or Polygamy, do not leave the reader indifferent for the transparency and objectivity of their approach.

The book abounds with anecdotes many of them unknown to most readers such as that of St. Augustine who in his "Confessions" repeated "O Lord, turn me chaste, but not yet", or sayings that reflect the popular roots contrary to social changes.

Society needs innovation to evolve and the administrations of the countries support them, but in many countries it is a lie, there are countries in which if someone has dared to undertake and has failed and has not been able to return their first loan, is dead, and will never receive more help even if this is what society needs. The author thoroughly describes how this happens and how, at the same time, we are going to a technological world in which without entrepreneurship and without technology there will be no space, the author describes how some "castes" oppose this technological world that is arriving and how these technologies suppose obvious social improvements,  but they also involve ethical challenges of considerable relevance. 

Through 18 chapters, Huguet makes a journey through the world of transgression, with the ultimate goal of awakening in the reader the rebellious young man who is asleep in each of us, encouraging him to act, to rebel against mediocrity or the socially established routine that inhibits creativity and that is the main enemy of change, and  of social progress*
